Sustainability
Every piece is made with care for the environment. Rainwater is used throughout the making process, and all items are fired in a Rohde Ecotop kiln powered partly by solar energy. Orders are thoughtfully packed using reused and recyclable paper-based materials whenever possible.

    Returns

    • You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

    • Please email us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

    • Refunds are made to your original payment method.

    • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can put things right as quickly as possible.

    Custom or Personalised Items

    • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on custom or personalised pieces, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • UK Delivery

    • Delivery within the UK is free unless otherwise noted.

    • Orders are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class post, arriving in about 2–3 working days.

    • You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

    International Delivery

    • We happily ship worldwide using a tracked service.

    • Delivery usually takes 5–15 working days, depending on location.

    • Please note that customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

    Dispatch Times

    • Each order is carefully packed and sent within 2–5 working days.

    • Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays, but we’ll always do our best to get your pieces to you quickly.
