Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch.

Returns
* You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
* Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
* Please email us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds
* Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
* Refunds are made to your original payment method.
* Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or Faulty Items
* If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can put things right as quickly as possible.

Custom or Personalised Items
* Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on custom or personalised pieces, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
