Are your ceramics handmade?
Yes. Each piece is handmade in our North Devon studio, so small variations in shape, glaze and finish are part of its character. The piece you receive may not be completely identical to another from the same collection.
What are your ceramics made from?
Our pieces are made from stoneware clay and designed to be both beautiful and practical.
How should I care for my ceramics?
Please follow any care information included in the individual product description. Handwashing is the gentlest option, and sudden changes in temperature should always be avoided.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes, please get in touch to discuss what you have in mind. Custom orders would normally be dispatched within 2–3 weeks.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK only and cannot ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, while Express delivery usually takes 1–2 working days. Delivery options and the applicable charge are shown at checkout.
How will my order be packaged?
We aim to package orders thoughtfully using paper-based and reused packaging wherever practical, while making sure your ceramics are well protected in transit.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We’ll review what happened and help with the next steps.

How do you make your studio more sustainable?
We use collected rainwater in the studio, supplement kiln firing with solar power, and choose paper-based or reused packaging wherever practical.
